4 days a week, international chefs create discovery menus HiR. Every dinner has between 5 and 10 courses. Everywhere possible, our produce are organic and locally sourced. Dinner are scheduled for 3-5h depending on the chef and menu. With only 8 seats, each guests receives 100% of the chef's attention.

Head Chef Noam Kostucki spoke at Harvard University, TED and wrote 3 books about creating masterpieces. Culinary Director Quentin Villers is renowned Belgian chef who was awarded a Michelin Star for his fine cuisine. Quentin is also Culinary Director at the restaurant Bottega Privée in San Jose, and the luxurious hotel Hotel Nayara in La Fortuna. Guest chefs have all made their mark in the culinary world. 

MENU - The menu varies with special events and chefs. Culinary Adventure HiR range from $60 to $90. Look into the different dates for specific information.

RESERVATION ONLY - Minimum 2 people. Shuttle service can be arranged for a small additional fee.

PAYMENT - Like going to the theatre, culinary adventures are paid in advance. Payment methods include Debit / Credit card, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
