For 3 days only, Michelin Star chef Quentin Villers will be cooking HiR. For this discovery menu, you will try 10 courses inspired by the best local produce.  

Quentin Villers is renowned Belgian chef who was awarded a Michelin Star for his fine cuisine. Quentin is currently Culinary Director at the restaurant Bottega Privée in San Jose, the luxurious hotel Hotel Nayara in La Fortuna and he’s making his first appearance as at HiR in the Tamarindo area.

Every dinner is scheduled for 3h. All guests are asked to arrive before time for a prompt start.
