I was an awkward kid. I didn't fit in, so I changed school 5 times. I spent most of my life trying to please others, and be the kind of person I believed everyone else wanted me to be. I wasn't happy and I struggled to get what I want. Everything changed when I started changing.
I spent the last 12 years creating the life I dreamed of. I have grown the courage to say what I really feel and I have learned the skill of allowing myself to be deeply happy. I feel like I am more myself now than I ever was before. I am now surrounded by people I love and who love me.
On this journey, I've had the privilege to drop out of university, be homeless twice, get married and divorced. I've been honored to speak at Harvard about entrepreneurship, and to have my first book (personal branding) required reading at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC.
I traveled over 40 countries, and I've helped over 25,000 people create magic on the way. Some of the most public stories are of Patryk Wezowski who raised $500,000 in 8 weeks and Esther Perel who gave the 30th most viewed TED talk. Some less public successes include a blind eyed student who experienced his blind eye for the first time and a social entrepreneur who receive a Google Young Minds Award for his amazing work.
Other magically surprising moments include receiving the UK Business Speaker of the Year runner up award, a honorary degree in Business from Hofstra University, being invited to exhibit my photography at the European Union's Innovation Conference, and having my third book (how to find mentors) got featured in the Stanford Technology Ventures Program.
Now that I live in Costa Rica, from where I help people live more magical lives.
